Remarks: Members of the respective Home Clubs, who are residents in the country of the visiting Club or those who reside within 200kms from the location of the visiting club, are NOT entitled to reciprocal membership.

Hotel: accommodation, spa & fitness, meeting & banquet, dinning rooms, swimming pool & tennis.
Clubhouse: polo facilities, foot mallet & horse riding.

Remarks: Both Pacific club and Tianjin Goldin Metropolitan Polo Club members, who reside in or have a second home or business within 50 kilometres of the host club, do not entitle the reciprocal previleges.

Both Home Club Members who have taken up permanent assignment & having normal residence in the visiting city are not eligible for Reciprocal privileges at the Visiting Club.

Pacific Club Members privileges shall be limited to a maximum of five days per month or total thirty days in any one year.

Remarks - Reciprocal members and their guests are requested to refrain from bringing children who are of junior high school age and younger before 5pm during weekdays. However, members and guests may bring children who are of elementary school age and older for dinner, but only when the private rooms are used from 5pm to 11pm during weekdays.

- Pacific Club Members who reside in or have a second home or business within 50 kilometres of Tokyo are not eligible for reciprocal privileges.

Remarks -Reciprocal member’s children & guests who are 16 years of age & younger are not allowed in the Roppongi Hills Club on weekdays. There are no age restrictions enforced for family members & guests in banquets, weddings, or clubs’ family events unless the club notifies Reciprocal members in advance.  

• Each introduction letter is valid for a maximum of 1 month period.
• Issuance of next introduction letter is required to lapse for 3 months from the last day of the previous letter.
• Maximum number of issuing introduction letters is 3 times per calendar year.

Japanese citizens residing overseas must present proof of overseas residency, such as a resident alien card or appropriate visa stamped in the passport. 

Residents of Japan are not eligible for Reciprocal privileges at Tokyo American Club.

Pacific Club Members are required to pay a deposit of ¥5,000 for each Temporary Membership Card (fully refunded upon return of the Temporary Membership Card).

Pacific Club Members need to pay ¥5,000 for visiting fee per each visit.

 If Pacific Club member is not able to obtain introduction letter, must fax or email the introduction letter to both member & Tokyo American Club.

***Pacific Club Member is required to obtain the fact sheet before visiting Tokyo America Club.

Introduction letter must send to TAC within one month form the visiting.

Reciprocal Club Members, who are residents in the country of the visiting Reciprocal Club or those who reside within 100kms from the location of the visiting Reciprocal Club, are not eligible to reciprocal privileges.

Reciprocal Club Member’s privileges shall be limited to three weeks consecutively at a time & three times in a twelve-month period.

Pacific club Members shall provide proof of visitor entry stamp on passport, a residence permit or an employee working ID issued by a country outside of Korea upon arrival to the Seoul Club.

Reciprocal Members may bring guest to use the F&B Outlets only.

***Pacific Club Member is required to obtain the Benefits & Requirements and Rules & Regulations for Reciprocal Club Member before visiting Seoul Club.

Pacific Club Member will be issued with a “scrip passbook” on arrival to Manila Polo Club and requested to pay in cash for the estimated amount that will utilize. The unused balance as shown in the scrip passbook will be refunded.

Pacific Club Members privileges shall be limited to three visits per calendar year and each visit not exceeding 30 days.

Dependent under age of 13 must be accompanied by  parents

Pacific Club Members may visit the American Club in China 2 times in a calendar year and  for a maximum 2 weeks per each visit & the visit must be non-consecutive , & shall present the Introduction Letter, valid membership card & passport(bearing TAIWAN entry stamp) while check in. 

Member Services Desk will collect NT$300 as a deposit of the access control card. Deposit is returned when card is returned at end of agreed club access period.
